Changing the face(s) of stock

Re:Stock is a reply to your comments, emails, and more demanding more diversity in our library. We've hired filmmakers to capture footage of those underrepresented in stock, expanding our library to represent all of us. Our first round of collections feature the layered experiences of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and people of color) and the LGBTQI+ community.

Our plan to diversify stock

Re: Stock is a response to the demand for content that more accurately reflects the world today. This is our response to member comments, tweets, and emails, our own internal conversations, and the growing dialogue about the importance of representation in media.

The stock industry has a pipeline issue. The large-scale stock providers tend to be from European countries with majority white populations, leading their footage to primarily feature that majority.

Re: Stock actively and purposefully widens the pipeline.
